Purchased in 2010 as the outcross sire for the Academy herd. At that time the herd was chiefly by Kajakari and Red Emperor and I felt needed some frame and stretch and E211 really provided that. Of even more importance is the fact that according to those who kill cattle, Big Al is possibly the best marbling of the Red Wagyu cattle.
After use as a yearling E211 was weighed and scanned at 24 months and was 620 kgs, 56", fat 6:4, EMA 90 sq cm and IMF 5.2. His testicles were 38 cm. Excellent semen was collected for Australia. His mature weight was 1025 Kg's.
